The Zones Of Regulation...

The Zones Of Regulation...

Here are my 4 stories of the....title.

#1

Story One: THE GREEN ZONE

“I’m ready to learn!” said Lily. Lily was always in a good mood when she got too school. She always had a smile on her face, and cheered up the people who were in the Blue zone, yellow zone, and even red zone. Her homeroom teacher Mrs. Silo, taught her class about the zones.

Lily wondered about her classmates that day. Mrs. Silo used her too tell the class how a green zone person is feeling, and she let the other classmates act it out. I really liked acting out the green zone, Lily thought. It really tells me that i’m a calm person. Jonathan walked past her with a gloomy face. He was always sad or grumpy each day about something.

“Jonathan, what’s the matter?” Lily said. Jonathan sighed. “My...my...my..grandma…..d….di..died!” wailed Jonathan. Lily knew that this was a time to step in and comfort him.

“I remember when my grandma died too,” said Lily. “I cried and cried until my friends helped me and told me it’s okay. She comforted Jonathan. “It’s okay, Jonathan.”
“Thank you,I feel much better,” said Jonathan.

He ran back to his classroom skipping and saying hi to others. Lily knew what she did was right. She skipped down the hall saying “Hi!” and “How’s it going?”. She was a green zone person, and a green zone person really puts a smile on everyone’s face.

#2

Story Two: THE YELLOW ZONE

“ARG!” said Jenny. “School is annoying!” Jenny never had a good day. She’d always feeling somewhat out of control. It wasn’t her body doing this, it was HER. She was always saying, “It’s my moms fault,” when she got into trouble. She couldn't help it. People couldn’t even stand being around her.

They were scared. They thought she would squish them up. Jenny only hanged out with herself. Since people were scared to come close too her, they wouldn’t let her play games. She would mutter mean things about them, and say it to those people when they came inside. Sure enough, she would get in trouble, but it wasn’t her fault, she’d say. It WAS her fault.

OH no, there’s Lily walking down the hallway, thought Jenny.  She’s never even had a bad day.  “Hi Jenny!” said Lily. “You seem like you're in the yellow zone.”
“Let me cheer you up!” Lily put her hands on each side of Jenny’s mouth. She tried too turn her frown, upside down. It of course, didn’t work. Lily pretended to change into yellow zone. “WHY’D YA MAKE ME MAD!,” yelled Lily.
“I..I..” stuttered Jenny. Lily went on. “YEAH, YOU LOST YOUR WORDS?”

Lily couldn’t go on. She started to laugh. “Jenny, make sure you don’t show your madness too others, or they will get mad at someone too!” said Lily. Jenny laughed at Lily’s madness and nodded. Lily WAS a green zone person. She wanted to be like her. She made her frown go upside down, and smiled at everyone as she walked down the hall. She was now a green zone person.

#3
Story Three: THE BLUE ZONE

“RING!!!” the bell rang. “UGH!” said Jonathan. “Bells are very annoying!” Jonathan grumply walked down the hallway. He was like this ever since his grandma died. It was a  very sad thing. Jonathan though, took it to the next level. He wailed about it every day. He had to be sent home when the crying got worse. It was a big problem. So big, that he needed too stay home until he could control it.

His body wasn’t controlling him. HE wasn’t controlling himself. He was too grumpy too control himself. Lila, Lily friend, walked down the hallway, very happy about something. “Hi Jonathan!” shouted Lila. “I’m so happy, because I got all ACH’s in my report card!”

“Go away, said Jonathan, feeling more grumpy. “I don’t care, because I got a lot of DEV and NY, and I finally got one ACH, so go away!” he said.  “No thanks, because I will make you happy!” she said. Jonathan couldn’t take it anymore. His hands were forming into fistes, he was changing from blue zone to yellow zone, but instead he said, “I’m bored too LEAVE me alone! he said with boredness.

Lila quickly changed from green zone to blue zone. “Fine, I’m grumpy because of YOU, said Lila with grumpiness. She walked down the hall, feeling grumpy, and gloomy inside. She turned around and said, “Stop being grumpy, because if you’re grumpy, and you’re showing it to others, they’ll get grumpy.”  “Try being happy on the inside AND outside.” It’s sad that your grandma died, but that was a year ago.”  Jonathan stared at she as she walked down the road.

He was still feeling sad. His grandma always had a smile on his face. Jonathan walked down the hallway, trying to put a smile on his face for as long as he could. “This a new start for me,” said Jonathan. Jonathan trie thinking about when her grandma knitted him a nice wooly sweater that said, “Number 1 Grandson.” He laughed. He’d never wear, of course, but it was funny too look at it. Jonathan then remembered what Lily said. Inside and Outside, Jonathan thought. “I still feel sad, but I have to deal with it.”

#4

Story Four:  THE RED ZONE

“LEAVE ME ALONE!!!” screeched May. She pushed the desks, and started to trash the classroom. She’d get too mad at things, or too EXCITED. It would happen all the time. She couldn’t control her anger. She needed to break or punch something, or else she would get in her mad zone. “I HATE SCHOOL, AND IT’S THE WORST!!!!!!” she screamed.  She took the teacher’s notes, and ripped them. She was mad at everyone, but mostly, her teacher. Mrs. Silo would say no to almost EVERYTHING May asked her.

The things she asked where, “Can I go home,” and “Can I please run away?” She thought her teacher wasn’t understanding her. “I KNOW MORE THAN HER!!!” yelled May. She kept on yelling things about Mrs. Silo until…she was sent to the principal’s office. May knew NOT to mess with Mr. Winner. He was rough, and tough. His hands were big and SO strong, he could break his very own, hard, bricked desk. He was 6.1 feet tall. If you see him, you’d try to run away. You can’t, though.

The office has very good security. He has two body guards that are 5 feet tall. They were guarding the door. I’m no scaredy cat, May thought. I’ll just nod and say yes, and run out of school!  “YOU KNOW WHY YOU’RE HERE HUH?!” SAID Mr. Winner. His speaking voice was May’s yelling voice. She nodded.

“It’s because I said mean things about the teacher, and I’m very sorry,” said May. The principal was surprised at the thought. He kept on thinking and thinking. He didn’t know May’s plan.

“YOU’RE FREE TO GO!” said Mr. Winner. Yes! May thought. She ran out of the office, and went the other way to the front doors. The body guards saw her and started to walk towards her. May ran faster and faster, trying to reach that door. She reached her hand out, and opened the door.

She ran outside, and stopped. “VROOM!” the truck went. A big truck pulled over at the intersection. “You need a ride?” said the hairy person. May thought, my parents will cry if I go with him, but I don’t like school… “Okay!” said May. Just then, the two body guards were right behind her. They carried her up and took her back inside. They put her in the waiting chair to the principal’s office. She wiggled out of their arms, just as they were about to drop her, and ran. She stopped when she saw Lily giving out Easter cards.

“Happy Easter May!” said Lily. May threw it in the garbage. “WHO CARES ABOUT THESE THINGS!” shouted May. Lily decided to show that May was making other people mad. “OH, SO YOU THROW THOSE THINGS AWAY?!” shouted Lily. “I..I’m..s,” said May. Lily kept on going and on. “IT TOOK ME THREE HOURS JUST TO MAKE ONE!” shouted Lily. May realized what she was doing. This is what May acted. May started to laughed. Lily did too. It WAS funny that May did this. “Just remember to control yourself okay?” said Lily. She waved, and skipped down the hall, giving more Easter Cards. May was still feeling a little bit on the red zone side of things.

She tried to do the things Mrs. Silo taught them when they were in the Red zone. Hmm…, May thought. Was it go apologize first, or take deep breathes first?
“ARG!” shouted May. “I DON’T KNOW!!!”  This wasn’t easy for May. Since she got mad easily, she’d need help from more than her mom, dad, or even Mrs. Silo. She’d get the help from God.

Which one was your favorite? For me, it was the RED zone.

Fireworks In the Night?!!!

Fireworks In the Night?!!!

On Saturday, at around 10:40-11:00

I saw fireworks!

Well....at first I "HEARD" it, then I saw it.

I know what your thinking. "Why would someone do that in the night?"

Well.....I don't know.

Do I know this person?!

Here's a question for you.

What would you do if someone lit fireworks almost at midnight, for no reason?
Well I'll tell you what I wanted to do. I would go outside, and tell that person to travel to Edmonton to set off his fireworks.

No, I'm serious. I was almost sleeping, when the fireworks were set in the sky.

Well see you tomorrow at SCHOOL!
 Don't ask me for answers!
